- This Filter Replaces the 2 Cells in the 20 x 25 CARRIER SAS-18 or SS-18 Electronic Air Cleaners
- Actual/Exact Size of Filter : 20 1/4" x 25 3/8" x 5 1/4"
- To Convert from Electronic Air Cleaner to Media Air Cleaner, you will need to turn the Power Switch Off for the Electronic Air Cleaner permanently and remove the 2 Cells
- We highly recommend disconnecting the electrical power to the Air Cleaner using a qualified Technician
- You may need to remove plastic tab at bottom of Air cleaner with a Phillips Screwdriver, if this tab is not removed the Media Filter will jam
- Media Filter should last 6 Months to 1 Year
- No need for the 2 Aluminum Mesh Pre-Filters
- As Electronic Air Cleaners get old, it is difficult to tell if they are working even though the power light is on. By converting to Media Air Filters you will see dust accumulating on filtration material which means it is filtering the air
