Q: WHICH CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY DO YOU USE :

A: We use Paypal Payments & Shopify Credit Card Payment Processing



Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY:

A: We do accept returns within 30 days on certain products, provided the items are in original unopened, unused condition and we charge a restocking fee of 20% to cover the cost of processing returns and the cost of box which cannot be reused. Some items are not returnable, (most electrical parts) but please email in advance before returning items to our store. We cannot overly emphasize the importance of making sure that the correct products are being ordered as it can become very costly for you to ship the products back to us.

 

Q: RETURNING / EXCHANGING PRODUCTS OUT OF POLICY:                                   

A: Unfortunately products with the purchase date exceeding 30 days will be not accepted. These items will not be subject to an exchange or return, regardless of the condition of the product. Furnace filters are used for the protection of the furnace and the air quality of the home. We have a strict return and exchange policy because these products affect the air quality, and members of the household are subjected to this. We consider the allergies, and other respiratory concerns that our customers might suffer from and we want to provide a product that can be unquestionably trusted and our customers feel comfortable having in their home.  

 

Q: WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST TO MY ADDRESS:

A: Currently we have Free Shipping in Ontario & Quebec (Please note that some remote areas are excluded) and discounted calculated shipping in all other areas of Canada, and we use Canpar as our main shipping courier. In certain circumstances we may not be able to ship to your address because of excessive shipping cost. We try to have a level field when it comes to shipping charges but sometimes we incur a loss to ship to some rural  / remote addresses, in this case we will contact you to pay the additional charge or we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

 


Q: CAN I COME TO YOUR STORE AND PURCHASE PRODUCTS LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE:
A: Yes you can come to our Store at 140 Advance Blvd. Unit # 12 Brampton On. L6T 4Z8.(Moved Jan 01 2018 to this location) and Purchase Products listed and show as IN STOCK , we accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 10am to 4pm and closed on Sundays and all statutory Holidays.

 

Q: WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED EXACTLY.

A: We are located at 140 Advance Blvd. Unit # 12 Brampton Ontario L6T 4Z8. Major intersection is Dixie Rd. & Steeles Ave. or 407 & Dixie Rd. We can be found off Steeles Ave. or Dixie Rd ----  Advance Blvd. starts at Tomken Rd crosses Dixie Rd. and ends on Steeles Ave. -- Please see map on top of the home page of our website for clear picture.



Q: AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER HOW SOON AFTER DO YOU SHIP ?.

A: If we receive an order before 9am we normally ship the same day, currently we are using Canpar for Shipping and we also email the Tracking Info. when the order is shipped. 

 

Q: ARE ALL ITEMS STOCKED?

A: We Normally stock all the products on our website unless it is not a Regularly Stocked Item or if it is indicated that it is out of stock.



Q: IS THERE DISCOUNT FOR PICKUP ORDERS?

A: Currently there is a Pick Up price and Shipped Price which includes shipping in Ontario & Quebec (Some Remote Areas Excluded)

 

Q: DO YOU INSTALL REPLACEMENT PARTS OR MAKE SERVICE  CALLS?

A: No, we do not provide this service, however we do recommend to have replacement parts be installed by a Qualified HVAC Technician and the best time to do this is when they are servicing your HVAC equipment

 

Q: ARE THE PRODUCTS YOU OFFER GENUINE BRAND NAME PARTS?

A: Yes our products are Genuine OEM replacement parts unless otherwise stated, we also carry less expensive Aftermarket / Generic products for most items
